Kelly is a Chartered Physiotherapist and an APPI Level 3 Matwork Pilates Instructor. Kelly uses her clinical experience to design and teach a class that flows in a sequence that encourages optimal mobility and gradual building of core strength, in the areas most commonly found to be contributors to many different injuries. Her classes are perfect for those who have never tried pilates before, returning from an injury or after a break or are just looking to intergrate something alongside their busy work and exercise routine to help with injury prevention. Her classes can be challenging at times but you are always encouraged to choose options that suit your body at that time and to smile and have a giggle along the way.
Ewa Walker
Parent & Baby Yoga Instructor
I began my yoga journey in 2010 when my practice came to life in the form of regular hot yoga classes at Indaba Studio in London. I was drawn to the mat for the physical and mental challenges the practice provided and have kept coming back because of the positive impact it has had on my life. In 2013, I took the next step to deepen my practice and embarked on a 200hr teacher training program with Sally Parkes Yoga. My natural inclination to practice movement with breath through intelligent and creative sequencing, alongside a fascination with the female body, led to my desire to specialize in Pre and Post-Natal and Mother & Baby Yoga. I completed further training with Sally Parkes Yoga. During my pregnancy, I found immense joy in teaching yoga for the sense of connection and empowerment it brings to women. I have recently extended my knowledge by completing peri-menopause and menopause teacher training, enabling me to assist women in finding their connection with their bodies and minds during these precious stages in life. My practice was rooted in movement with breath through intelligent and creative sequencing, alongside a fascination with the female body. This led me to specialize in Pre and Post-Natal and Mother & Baby Yoga.

Emma Harris
Yoga Instructor
Emma believes yoga is for everyone and everyone can benefit from practicing it. All bodies are different and she always gives options, so everyone can feel included and make choices about their practice. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, she wants everyone to feel included and feel the benefits of their time on the mat. If you make time to turn up, then you are already winning. My classes offer breath and movement, with moments of stillness and Pranayama (breath) techniques. She likes to offer a space that is welcoming and where students can have a little fun with their practice.
