About the Class

Stretching is something that takes regular repetition and practice to achieve. Although the benefits can be felt almost immediately, in time and with regular practice, stretching will help you to improve your mobility and physical health, with many other benefits, including: 
- Decreased risk of injuries.
- Improvements in your performance with physical activities.
- Improvements in your ability for daily activities. e.g., sitting to standing, climbing stairs, standing for prolonged periods of time.
- Helping joints of the body to move through their full range of motion.
- Increased blood flow to muscles.
- Improves relaxation
 
Reset will happen in the 10 minutes at the end of the class. During this process the instructor will guide you through a relaxation body reset, which will help you to feel calm, relaxed, and refocused for the day ahead.
