Jenny Legg Fitness aims to provide inclusive and affordable training to those wanting to lose weight, tone up or just have some fun on their fitness journey! With group fitness classes, 1-2-1 personal training sessions and online training available, Jenny Legg Fitness offers everything you could need to reach your goals.
Coming from a background of dance, I am certainly in tune with how the body works and the most effective ways to gain results without having to deny yourself the things you enjoy. One size definitely doesn’t fit all and it’s about finding the enjoyment in working out in order to create a lifestyle habit rather than a quick fix.
I love to train people of all ages and ability levels and, being a mummy myself, particularly love to help mum’s back into a body they recognise after giving birth to their beautiful babies.

My most valuable asset is my own experience, a lifelong journey in different sports, finding a well-balanced lifestyle, falling and getting up and most importantly being a mum, a friend, a daughter, and a sister. My focus when meeting new client is getting to know them and their lifestyle and finding ways of shifting negative habits and patterns into better self-care. Most of the time, the outcomes gained go far beyond the original goals and expectations.

Kind Retreats
Betty and Petra met while studying at a Fine Arts course at the School of Applied Art in Prague.
From this moment, what evolved was their life-long friendship, shared zest for life, and an interest in finding out what makes life worthwhile.
In 2022, we decided to connect our unique skills in fitness, meditation, nutrition, and general well-being to create Kind Retreats.
