I began my yoga journey in 2010 when my practice came to life in the form of regular hot yoga classes at Indaba Studio in London. I was drawn to the mat for the physical and mental challenges the practice provided and have kept coming back because of the positive impact it has had on my life. In 2013, I took the next step to deepen my practice and embarked on a 200hr teacher training program with Sally Parkes Yoga.


My natural inclination to practice movement with breath through intelligent and creative sequencing, alongside a fascination with the female body, led to my desire to specialize in Pre and Post-Natal and Mother & Baby Yoga. I completed further training with Sally Parkes Yoga.


During my pregnancy, I found immense joy in teaching yoga for the sense of connection and empowerment it brings to women. I have recently extended my knowledge by completing peri-menopause and menopause teacher training, enabling me to assist women in finding their connection with their bodies and minds during these precious stages in life.


My practice was rooted in movement with breath through intelligent and creative sequencing, alongside a fascination with the female body. This led me to specialize in Pre and Post-Natal and Mother & Baby Yoga.
