Nikki has been sharing playful, nurturing and thoughtful Flow & Yin classes for over 10 years, focusing on Creating Space - whether that is space between your breath (pranayama), your thoughts (meditation) or just creating a little bit more space in your body (physical yoga practices).

Nikki's teaching style is influenced by Traditional Chinese medicine and Meridian Theory, to ensure you leave class feeling nourished.
