About the Class
Menopause is a natural transition, yet it often comes with physical and emotional challenges such as hot flashes, fatigue, mood swings, and joint stiffness. This two-hour yoga workshop is designed to support women navigating menopause by incorporating gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques that ease symptoms and restore well-being.
Through a mindful combination of yoga postures, pranayama (breathing exercises), and guided meditation, we will focus on reducing stress, balancing hormones, and increasing flexibility. This session is crafted to nurture both body and mind, helping to alleviate common discomforts while fostering a sense of empowerment and inner peace.
