About the Class

Boxfit combines elements of boxing with fitness training to provide a high-energy workout. We run a fun circuit style class that includes a range of low impact, high energy exercises using your whole body. This is combined with the use of punching bags, gloves, and pads. The class focuses on both technique and fitness, but most of all it's a fun way to relieve stress while exercising. Ideal for all abilities, exercises can be modified for individual abilities.
All kit provided just bring yourselves and a drink.
