Pilates Taster Class
A 30-minute Beginner Pilates Taster Class especially for those who are brand new to Pilates and want to try it out without the pressure of taking a regular class.
Participants will be guided through simple mat-based exercises that focus on breathing, posture, and core strength. The session is relaxed, with step-by-step instruction and light stretching, giving a feel for what a regular Pilates class is like.
Spin Taster Class
We’re running 30-minute beginner spin classes especially for those who are brand new to spinning. We’ll start by showing you how to get properly set up on the bike, then our instructors will guide you through a fun, beginner-friendly ride to help you build confidence and get comfortable. No experience needed, just come along and give it a try!
