The Spin Studio is equipped with eight Keiser Spin Bikes. We also have a variety of equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells and exercise mats, for use during workout sessions.
In addition to the timetabled classes, we also offer this space to be rented out by the hour.

THE STUDIO
AT SPIN&WORKOUT
The Studio at Spin & Workout our NEW studio located behind the Spin Studio, just off Lampmead Road. This new space will host our timetabled Yoga and Pilates classes as well as a selection of pop up workshops.
We have a variety of equipment including yoga mats, blocks and blankets for use during classes.

TherapY
ROOM
Our Therapy Room is located in The Studio at Spin & Workout and has been transformed into a calm and tranquil space. It is equipped with a massage table, desk and chairs.
This room is ideal for anyone offering acupuncture, physiotherapy or similar therapies
