About the Class

A dynamic workout class that combines strength and cardiovascular exercises in a fast-paced format. Throughout the class you will move through a series of stations, each focusing on different fitness components. This method helps to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness effciency in a short amount of time. The exercises will include a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and aerobic activities that allow you to engage in a full-body workout. Ideal for all fitness levels, circuit training can be easily modified to meet individual abilities.
