About the Class
Gentle flow is a slower and calmer form of yoga that links each movement with breath, transitioning between each posture gradually to encourage a mindful practice. Ending with an extended rest to further nurture the body and mind. Modifications and the slower pace mean this class is great for beginners as well as practising yogis.
