About the Class

A traditional high-energy indoor cycling workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and build endurance. It's also a great way to burn calories and tone muscles. Our friendly instructors will lead the class through various drills, including sprints, climbs, and intervals to the beat of motivating music. Join us for an energising class that will get your heart pumping! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, our classes are designed to challenge and motivate you in a fun and supportive environment!
