About the Class

Our strength class is a 30 minute workout using a mix of dumbbells, kettlebells, ViPR and bodyweight exercises to build muscle strength and endurance as well as joint stability and better balance.

This class is suitable for all but strength work can be especially beneficial for those who are perimenopausal or menopausal.
