Sound Bowl Meditation Taster

Sit or lay back and relax both your mind and body whilst absorbing the sound and vibration created by crystal singing bowls - each bowl is tuned to a note that is said to correspond with the chakras in your body to promote a sense of calm, relaxation and healing.
Benefits are physical, mental and emotional and every Sound Meditation experience is unique.

Enhance your session with the optional use of complimentary doTERRA essential oils - melt away into your mat! 

You may want to bring an extra jumper and/or a blanket, and a small cushion for your head to ensure maximum comfort.

Gong Bath

Come and enjoy an hour of healing sound vibrations and deep rest. 

 

Gong baths are a deeply meditative experience that allow the mind and body to decompress. We invite you to lie down and allow the sound of the gongs to soothe you. You will emerge refreshed with a sense of calm.

This workshop will debunk the main myths around weightlifting for women and introduce participants to save techniques across a range of functional exercises covering all major muscle groups and planes of movement to give you a solid foundation for resistance training.

There will be room for questions throughout and after the session, and advice on how to get started making resistance training into a regular habit, whether you're at the gym or working out from home.
