Yin and Vinyasa yoga (200 hr RYT)
I teach Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Vinyasa yoga sequences Asana (poses) so they ‘flow’ together with the breath. Yin Yoga is a more passive and calming practice, with postures being held for longer. Yoga Nidra or 'Yogic Sleep is a rejuvenative and calming practice, where you are guided and held somewhere between being awake and asleep.
I believe yoga is for everyone and all bodies are not the same, so your yoga practice will be specific to you. I offer options in class, so everyone can feel included. I teach regular group classes and you can contact me for private lessons. You can also find retreats and special events in my schedule.
