Vanessa is back with her Weights for Women Workshop

Weightlifting is an essential component of a healthy lifestyle for women, offering numerous benefits that go beyond aesthetics, including

This workshop will debunk the main myths around weightlifting for women and introduce participants to save techniques across a range of functional exercises covering all major muscle groups and planes of movement to give you a solid foundation for resistance training.

There will be room for questions throughout and after the session, and advice on how to get started making resistance training into a regular habit, whether you're at the gym or working out from home.
