About the Class
Location: Spin Studio
Our Open Gym Sessions give you the freedom to train your way. Book a time slot and enjoy access to our Spin Studio and equipment (including weights, mats and bikes) to complete your own workout at your own pace. You're welcome to stay for as little or as much of the 1 hour time slot as you'd like. Whether you're popping in for a quick 30-minute workout or using the full hour, the time is yours.
These sessions are not instructor-led classes, so you'll be responsible for planning and carrying out your own training. However, if you'd like some guidance, a selection of pre-planned workouts will be available for you to follow. A member of staff will also be present in the studio to supervise the space and provide general assistance if needed, but they won't be coaching or leading workouts.
To ensure everyone has plenty of space and access to equipment, sessions are limited to 4 people.
