About the Class

A steady yoga practice designed to help us shake off the busy week. We combine breath work, slow restorative yoga and deep relaxation to help calm the body and mind ready for the weekend. This practice is suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike, plus those working with injuries - all are welcome.
