Izzi started practicing yoga over a decade ago, and became curious about a new way of moving that it offered; a way of moving that felt nourishing and self-compassionate rather than performative. Now with additional training as a psychotherapist, Izzi holds a safe space in class for students to move, connect and explore. Izzi encourages students to move in a way that feels right for them, offering a combination of both centredness and strength.
