Hello, my name is Kim and I’m a Pilates Instructor. I am based in South East London and I am qualified instructor for Mat-work, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrel, and Injury & Special Population Pilates. I studied STOTT Pilates from the YMCA, One Kx, London.

I am currently studying the Alexander Technique, which is a method designed to improve posture, movement, and overall body awareness by reducing unnecessary tension.

Developed by Frederick Matthias Alexander, it focuses on retraining habitual movement patterns to promote ease and efficiency. By enhancing alignment and coordination, the technique helps alleviate discomfort, improve balance, and support physical performance in daily activities. Many people use it to address pain, particularly in the neck and back, or to refine their movement skills in professions like acting, music, and dance. At its core, the Alexander Technique encourages mindfulness of how the body moves, leading to greater freedom and flexibility.
