Hi, I’m Lee — a fully qualified Pilates instructor with a Diploma in Teaching Pilates. I also have a Fitness Instructor qualification, including experience in weight-based training.
Before moving into the world of teaching, I spent over 25 years as a professional dancer in the theatre industry. That career taught me a lot about movement, discipline, and the importance of looking after your body—not just for performance, but for everyday living.
Pilates became a natural next step for me. It’s a powerful, accessible way to build strength, improve posture, reduce aches and pains, and reconnect with your body—no matter your age or experience level.
I now work with people from all walks of life: from complete beginners to those returning to movement after injury or a long break. My teaching style is supportive and down-to-earth, with a focus on helping you feel stronger, more mobile, and more confident in how your body moves.
Whether you’re hoping to ease tension, build strength, or simply move better in daily life, I’m here to help—at your pace, in a friendly and welcoming space.
